(x_produce_glyphs): Remove out of date #ifdef 0'd section. Replace with TODO comment. (w32_codepage_for_font): Use Vw32_charset_info_alist. (syms_of_w32term): Remove Vw32_charset_to_codepage_alist. Define Vw32_charset_info_alist and w32_charset symbols.
