(nntp-open-via-rlogin-and-netcat, nntp-open-via-telnet-and-telnet)
(nntp-open-telnet-stream, nntp-open-via-rlogin-and-telnet): Use it.
(nntp-open-netcat-stream): New function.
(nntp-open-via-rlogin-and-netcat): Don't use a pty.
