(x_fullscreen_move, x_set_fullscreen): New functions. (x_set_frame_parameters): Support for Qfullscreen. (x_real_positions): More accurate computation of the frame position. (x_figure_window_size): Support full-screen frames. (Fx_create_frame): Default the fullscreen parameter.
