(ls-lisp-insert-directory): New argument TIME-INDEX. Add support for -C and -R switches. (ls-lisp-column-format): New function. (ls-lisp-delete-matching, ls-lisp-handle-switches) (ls-lisp-format-time): Add doc strings. (ls-lisp-handle-switches): Handle -U, -S, -X, and -F switches. Support ls-lisp-dirs-first.
