Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(pmail-summary-mode-map, pmail-summary-output-to-pmail-file): Use pmail-summary-output rather than pmail-summary-output-to-babyl-file, which was renamed 2009-01-05. (pmail-output-as-seen): Declare. (pmail-summary-output): Also require pmailout non-interactively.
