* lisp/electric.el (electric-layout-mode): New minor mode. (electric--after-char-pos): New function. (electric-indent-post-self-insert-function): Use it. (electric-layout-rules): New var. (electric-layout-post-self-insert-function): New function. (electric-indent-mode): Make them interact better.
