Fix file description.
(log-view-mode-map): Unsatisfying fix for when cvs-mode-map is not
available.
(log-view-font-lock-keywords): Only use cvs-filename-face if present.
(log-view-current-file): Only use cvs-pcl-cvs-dirchange-re if present.
