(rmail-summary-next-msg): Display rmail-view-buffer. (rmail-summary-mode): Make rmail-view-buffer buffer local. (rmail-summary-rmail-update, rmail-summary-scroll-msg-up): Use rmail-view-buffer instead of rmail-buffer.
