(Dired Deletion): Remove unnecessary "expunged" terminology. (Flagging Many Files): & is now rebound to `% &'. (Shell Commands in Dired): Document dired-do-async-shell-command. Clarify how multi-file arguments are passed. (Misc Dired Features): Document dired-do-isearch.
