Missing lwlib part of earlier C_SWITCH commit. * lwlib/Makefile.in (C_SWITCH_SYSTEM, C_SWITCH_MACHINE): Use @C_SWITCH_SYSTEM@, @C_SWITCH_MACHINE@ instead of @c_switch_system@, @c_switch_machine@.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
