Merge changes made in Gnus trunk.
shr.el: Start implementation.

This directory contains bitmap files that Emacs uses from /usr/include/X11/bitmaps. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE INFORMATION These bitmaps are the same as those contained in X Version 11 Release 4 (released 1989).
