Resection the Killing chapter in the Emacs manual. * killing.texi: Resection the Info version to conform to the printed manual, to avoid making sections on Accumulating Text, CUA and Rectangles into full chapters.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
