(tex-latex-block): Don't cons uselessly. (tex-last-unended-begin): Signal user-friendlier error. (tex-goto-last-unclosed-latex-block): Don't catch signal. (tex-start-tex): Switch order of tex-start-options and tex-start-commands to make it obey docstrings.
