(auto-revert-tail-handler): Use inhibit-read-only. Run before-revert-hook. Suggested by Denis Bueno <denbuen@sandia.gov>. Use run-hooks rather than run-mode-hooks.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
