Many cleanups. (Minor Modes): Don't mention ISO Accents Mode. (Examining): Update C-h v output example. (Hooks): Add index and xref for add-hook. (Locals): Delete list of vars that are always per-buffer. Rearrange. (Local Keymaps): Don't mention lisp-mode-map, c-mode-map.
