(Fcoordinates_in_window_p): Rewritten.
(scroll_command): If not acting on current_buffer,
make redisplay consider all windows.
(coordinates_in_window): Rewritten.
(Fdelete_other_windows): Use FRAME_TOP_MARGIN
instead of FRAME_MENU_BAR_LINES.
(check_frame_size): Ditto.
(struct save_window_data): Add frame_toolbar_lines.
