(Acknowledgments): Renamed from Acknowledgements. Include it only @ifnotinfo. Patch the preceding and following node headers to point to each other.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
