(comint-after-partial-file-name-command):
Renamed from comint-after-partial-pathname-command.
(comint-match-partial-file-name, comint-after-partial-file-name):
Renamed from comint-match-partial-pathname, etc.
(comint-last-output-start): New variable to record
where most recent process output started from.
(comint-mode): Initialise it.
