[MSDOS]: #include <dos.h>, "dosfns.h", "msdos.h", and <sys/param.h> needed for the following changes, but not <sys/ioctl.h> (discard_tty_input) [MSDOS]: Do it by reading till no more keys available. (init_baud_rate) [MSDOS]: Assume highest possible speed. (sys_suspend) [MSDOS]: Save default directory. Call via system, not via fork. (emacs_get_tty, emacs_set_tty) [MSDOS]: Don't do anything. (init_sys_modes) [MSDOS]: Use raw mode. (get_frame_size) [MSDOS]: Get from bios. (reset_sys_modes) [MSDOS]: Back to cooked mode. (start_of_text) [MSDOS]: Reference _tstart. (select) [MSDOS]: Don't use signals, use sleeping. (init_sys_modes) [MSDOS]: Initialize internal terminal.
