* fileio.c (Vauto_save_list_file_name): Move here from file.el. (auto_save_1): Update modtime when auto-save-list-file-name is on.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
