Set GPM part of MOUSE_SUPPORT with configure, not cpp.
* configure.in (GPM_MOUSE_SUPPORT): New output variable.
* src/Makefile.in (GPM_MOUSE_SUPPORT): New, set by configure.
(MOUSE_SUPPORT) [!HAVE_MOUSE]: Use $GPM_MOUSE_SUPPORT.
