(ibuffer-auto-update-changed): Use `frame-or-buffer-changed-p' to
check whether we need to update.
(ibuffer-auto-mode): Don't advise `get-buffer-create' and
`kill-buffer'. Initialise `ibuffer-auto-buffers-changed' as a
`frame-or-buffer-changed-p' state vector instead.
