Make "GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE" an appendix.
Rearrange order of nodes and sections such that both "GNU GENERAL
PUBLIC LICENSE" and "GNU Free Documentation License" appear at the
end, as appropriate for appendices.
(Acknowledgments): Use `@unnumberedsec'.
