(Basic Keyboard Macro): Make F3 and F4 the preferred interface for defining macros. Simplify examples. Note that C-g quits macro definitions. (Keyboard Macro Counter): Document using F3 to insert counter. Give usage example. (Keyboard Macro Query): Organize query responses in a table.
