Remove support for DJGPP v1.x (bug#5813). CPP-DEFINES (__DJGPP__, __GO32__): Remove, no longer used.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
