Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Move some of the nodes back to cmdargs.texi--they actually describe options. Break out new nodes Table of Resources and Face Resources.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
