(CHINESE-CNS): Delete it. (MISC-DIC): New variable. (CHINESE): Delete ${CHINESE-CNS}. (WORLD): Delete ${MISC-DIC}. (all): Depends on ${MISC-DIC}. (${MISC-DIC}): New target. (clean mostlyclean): Delete also ${MISC-DIC} ${MISC-DIC:.elc=.el}.
