(ns_draw_vertical_window_border): Draw 1 pixel wide, not two, and use NSRectFill instead of NSDrawGroove.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
