(nnmail-find-file): Bind `coding-system-for-read' with `nnmail-file-coding-system' for Emacs/mule and XEmacs/mule. (nnmail-write-region): Bind `coding-system-for-write' with `nnmail-file-coding-system' for Emacs/mule and XEmacs/mule.
