Fix compilation error with GTK, fix issues with double C-g on controlling tty. (Reported by Friedrich Delgado Friedrichs, Yoshiaki Kasahara.) * src/keyboard.c (interrupt_signal, handle_interrupt): Move thread check to interrupt_signal.
