Use run-mode-hooks for major mode hooks. * lisp/textmodes/reftex-toc.el (reftex-toc-mode-map): Rename from reftex-toc-map. (reftex-select-label-mode-map, reftex-select-bib-mode-map): Rename from reftex-select-(label|bib)-map. Move init into declaration.
