Various cleanups. (Checklist): Don't bother saying how to snail a bug report. (Emergency Escape): Much rewriting. (After a Crash): Rename the core dump immediately. (Total Frustration): Call it a psychotherapist. (Bug Criteria): Avoid "illegal instruction". (Sending Patches): We always put the contributor's name in.
