Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Support building with libxml2, if it is installed. config.bat: Detect that libxml2 is installed and if so, build with it.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
