(win32_fill_rect): Remove unused variable.
(x_iconify_frame): Conform to coding style.
(x_draw_box): Don't trim right and bottom.
(x_wm_set_size_hint): Use specific CRIT_MSG critical section.
(win32_fill_rect, dumpglyphs, do_line_dance, x_draw_box):
Use Get/ReleaseFrameDC.
(win32_update_begin): Regenerate palette if required.
(w32_read_socket): Use FALSE. Handle WM_PALETTECHANGED.
(win32_term_init): Use GetDC directly.
Enable palette in display structure.
Predefine white and black.
(x_delete_display): Free palette table.
