Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(url-get-normalized-date): Simplify to use `format-time-string'. Always generate date in UTC, but call it GMT for full compatibility with the RFCs.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
