Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(Fbuffer_local_value): Remove redundant test. (swap_out_buffer_local_variables): Swap out binding in `buffer' rather than in `current-buffer' to match the comment. Do the swap using swap_in_global_binding.
