Tweak previous copyright.el change. * lisp/emacs-lisp/copyright.el (copyright-find-copyright) (copyright-update, copyright-fix-years): Do the initial widen and move in copyright-find-copyright.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
