(Fwin16_set_clipboard_data): Call UNBLOCK_INPUT before calling sit_for. (Fwin16_get_clipboard_data, Fwin16_set_clipboard_data): Balance the calls to BLOCK_INPUT and UNBLOCK_INPUT.
