(Mac OS): Move Cocoa manual from ns-emacs.texi to here, replacing previous contents. Numerous copyedits to adapt ns-emacs to the conventions of the main Emacs manual.

This directory contains files intended to test various aspects of
Emacs's functionality.  Please help add tests!
