(GLYPHSET, WCRANGE): Define if system headers don't.
(pfnGetFontUnicodeRanges): New dynamically loaded function.
(w32_initialize): Try to load it.
(x_get_font_repertory): Use it if available.
(w32_encode_char): Add shortcut for unicode output.
