* minibuffer.el (completion-at-point-functions): New var.
(completion-at-point): New command.
* indent.el (indent-for-tab-command): Handle the new `complete' behavior.

(python-completion-at-point): Rename from python-partial-symbol and
adjust for use in completion-at-point-functions.
