cleanup in s/darwin.h, define DARWIN_OS and use it instead of DARWIN and/or MAC_OSX; also, nsterm.m: small unrelated cleanups

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
