* files.texi (File Names): Reorganize description. (Visiting): Add xref to Mode Line. Copyedits. (Save Commands): Mention prefix behavior of C-x C-s. (Numbered Backups): Node deleted. (Backup Names): Contents of Numbered Backups moved here. State default of version-control variable. (Reverting): Copyedits. (Version Control): Add additional version control systems. * emacs.texi (Top): Delete Numbered Backups node. * cmdargs.texi (General Variables): Change Numbered Backups xref to Backup Names.
