* files.texi (File Names): Reorganize description.

of version-control variable.
(Reverting): Copyedits.
(Version Control): Add additional version control systems.
* emacs.texi (Top): Delete Numbered Backups node.
* cmdargs.texi (General Variables): Change Numbered Backups xref to
Backup Names.
