* mark.texi (Mark): Rearrange nodes.
(Persistent Mark): Rename from Transient Mark.

Describe Transient Mark mode as the default.
* basic.texi (Basic Undo): Don't mention setting the mark, which isn't
the default behavior with Transient Mark mode off.
(Position Info): Fix typo.

discussion of the region face, which is discussed there.
