Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add optional version as 4th element of specs and use it for several things new in v21. Remove load-path. Fix type of line-number-display-limit.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
