Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
No need for a license in such a trivial file (also, should have been GPLv2 or later, not v1).

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
