(gdb-active-process, gdb-define-alist, gdb-macro-info, gdb-server-prefix, gdb-show-changed-values, gdb-var-changed, gdb-var-list, tool-bar-map): Add defvars. (gud-expr-compound-sep, gud-expr-compound): "?\ " -> "?\s".
