(perl-imenu-generic-expression): Add entries for perldoc sections. (perl-outline-regexp, perl-outline-level): New var and function. (perl-mode): Use them.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
