(ibuffer-do-save, ibuffer-do-toggle-modified) (ibuffer-do-toggle-read-only, ibuffer-do-delete) (ibuffer-do-kill-on-deletion-marks): Include name in definition. (ibuffer): New optional argument `formats'.
